By The Numbers

WHY BREAKING POINT EXISTS

Behind every statistic is a person — a service member, a Veteran, a spouse, a parent, a child, a friend.

Breaking Point exists to help break the silence surrounding Veteran mental health and suicide prevention. We believe that asking for help should never be a sign of weakness, and no Veteran or military family should feel like they have to face their hardest moments alone.

We can change the numbers. But first, we have to start the conversation.
